Added hyperlink to presentation at RStudio conference #19

The hyperlink currently points to my fork. If you want to, edit so it links to the slides in your repo instead.

Also, I formatted them as .pdf. You may want to change it to something else. LMK if you want the originals.

Very nice slides! We may need to update the .Rbuildignore file. I will test with a CRAN check later.
