"Other time" for displaying time not spent on tasks #47

We need an "Other" task that captures all the tasks that are not captured.  In 
other words: 

("clock out" minus "clock in") minus ("sum of all tasks") = Other

This is the total undocumented time which can be very useful in identifying 
wasted time.
