docs(readme): add utc date and time example #162

Unrelated with swappy. What's the point of documenting this?

I thought it might be useful for someone who would want to have screenshot file name have UTC date instead of local time.

I would expect a linux user to know how to do that. Let's keep the documentation for the tool.
