[Feature Request] Blur Strength #179

the blur tool is very convenient for quickly censoring images, but I've noticed sometimes that larger text isn't properly obscured. A feature that lets you set the blur size/strength would be very helpful.

You may have already tried this, but the blur effect can be layered as many times as you want. It does build up/get stronger after a few passes. Even on large text, about three layers of blur has worked for me.
