Prep for version 2.2.2 release of bug fix by @robo-fish

Merged in localisation updates by translatewiki to bring develop up-to-date.

Can you test the develop branch on foreground.wikiproject.net when you get a chance? Everything looks good from my end and I just want to make sure before I publish a new release.
