Add Workman to keyboard layouts #1

I'm being a bit lazy with this change as I haven't properly built and tested it, but I'm pretty confident that I got the mapping right.

Unfortunately, I haven't got around to setting up a contributor license agreement, so won't be accepting any pull requests yet. (It just hasn't been a priority to get one in place).

I've also rearranged these files in my own local repo since KeyCode and Key were in the same file, which should have been split up long ago. There are other changes that mean the code isn't in a state to push to github right now either.
