Image amongst a bullet list causes internal error #1

After using the following markup, an error will occur when rendering the page (note that you must have an image named "Overview.gif" attached for the error to occur).

Also note that removing the last line in the list above (the link to Tools) also "fixes" the problem, so it must be a problem with counting nested lists, etc.
