Clean up Multi-Commander, UI #26

Have just one Main UI with one tab per commander. Have "update all" button. For each tab pane, we can go through the initialization and update process similar to how it is now; just have to convert forms into components basically. Have Configuration and About pages.

New Menu:

File

Reload from Inara
Reload from Elite Dangerous
Configure Commanders
Exit Without Saving

Commander (based on selected tab)

Post to Inara
Delete Local State
