Fix a zip file for distribution with install instructions. #34

Apparently the installers doesn't work so well on VISTA. I guess this is
more by design than anything :) 

For those poor saps with vista, we could just simply provide a ZIP file
with text instructions for installing it.

I'd add a vote for this. The installer currently fails on my XP machine with VS 
2005. 
I've added a separate issue for this.

There is now a zip file in the downloads section.
