Visual Studio 2012 RC Crashes #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Visual Studio 2012 RC
2. Install NiftyPerforce
3. Run VS2012, note that NiftyPerforce is in the toolbar
3. Load a Solution in VS2012, note that the IDE will crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Solution should load with the additional NiftyPerforce features.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

NiftyPerforce 1.3.9 with Visual Studio 2012 RC on Windows 8 Release Preview x64

I think this happens if p4 can't check out the project or solution files. It 
only seems to happen if the p4 server is unavailable or if you haven't logged in

Has this been resolved or is there a workaround? The same thing is happening to 
our solution. The plugin appears to check out the solution and the C++ project 
files, but doesnt seem to be able to checkout the C# projects.

Why would it need to check out the project files just to open the solution 
anyway?
