Visual Studio crash #88

Hello Jim,

I really like NiftyPerforce. Thank you for providing it!

Could you please apply the attached patch which will prevent Visual Studio from 
crashing when the exit code of the P4 command is not 0.

Hi Jim ,

this seems to be causing a crash when the p4 ticket expires (requiring 
password.)
Is a release with this patch expected soon?
