Add option to not backup but switch branch inplace for p4branch. #1

For very large repositories, it could be significant time to pull down a 
new copy of the entire tree. This could helped by just not moving the 
backup on the local disc, but rather just doing a p4 flush on the new 
branch and then unzip the changed files, tricking perforce into thinking 
that we have the latest version (which indeed we have).
