Database options #2

There are a few options I think we could use pretty easily with whatever Python backend we come up with (Flask, Django, frameworkless). I'd be able to oversee or help work on any of the following because have used them all.

Open to discussion and other options as well

@HAND0FCTHULHU - Look into AWS pricing, probably for a relational database. As a backup, we could definitely use heroku for free with postgres/mysql (Try to stick MySQL) - potentially JSON even as backup
