Overuse of structures from other mods #68

I'm wanting to use this mod alongside Railcraft Reborn, and it's not unusual to find a village with as many as 10 rail sheds. Previously the spread was 0–2 sheds in each village.

I am having this issue as well right now. The spawn rates are crazy. I really enjoy the buildings, so hopefully it gets fixed
