Precision 2 should be added for surcharges as well #6

Is it possible to add precision 2 to surcharges? Currently we add it by ourselves as it caused problems with AdvancedPromotionSuite. As the position there will be used within Shopware with the number rounded with a precision of 2, but saved with a lot more digits, this leads to differences in payment (1 cent in most of the cases).
