Does this support English? It be great if there was an English manual/guide on how to get this to work!

English is supported I'm testing, the manual will be updated slowly later

You mean that it supports translating too and from english? If that is the case can you add the free offline translator known as Sugoi Japanese Translator which is better than DeepL for manga? This is the discord https://discord.com/invite/XFbWSjMHJh

Btw how do I change the interface to english?

Also since this is based on zyddnys's tool does it also suffer from the same issue https://github.com/zyddnys/manga-image-translator/issues/58#issuecomment-1102793676 ?

@jtl1207 perhaps it is also worth taking a look at this problem https://github.com/xulihang/ImageTrans-docs/issues/147 if it is not yet addressed by your tool.
