git and github lecture updates #76

  1. Separated intro to git lecture
  2. Broke up git install lectures into mac and windows
  3. Separated github setup lecture
  4. Separated two ways of creating a repo -- starting from scratch and forking/cloning

Still need to split and expand "basicGitCommands" lecture. Stay tuned....
