Visually distinguish playoff games decided by PKs #33

I'm not exactly sure how tournament games decided by penalty kicks are modeled, but it'd be nice to distinguish that on the playoff bracket.

Currently we put in one ghost goal for the winning team. It would be easy to go back and change the model cause I don’t remember any instances of playoff games being decided by a single own goal (other place ghost goals are used). We could add functionality for tracking the penalty scores too if we wanted and just not have the back data.
