Slight doc fix, update gitignore #1

Although I've been tasked with seeing if we can integrate terraform and openstack, I have essentially no experience with openstack. As such, I had to do some reading to figure out how things worked, and I've updated the README a little to help the next person. Also, I added the resulting binary to .gitignore to clean that up a little.

Thanks, David. I guess I'm at the total opposite end where I know OpenStack but not Go :smile:

I'd be happy to answer any OpenStack questions you have.

I've also been looking into Go a bit more and might be working on this a little bit more.
