Major reorganization of files to include the ant buildfile sys #41

I am reorganizing the source folders, to make room for eventally splitting it into 'core+frontend' type of program. "where a frontend java program, uses a 'core' java lib"

Can you check if the ant build system works for you? the ant file is build.xml
