loot_tables for all chests #20

All loot chests should use loot_tables to generate loot. Also, separate files for separate buildings. As well as inner separate files for chests with higher rarity or value.

The chest already have a loot table file and are defined by default on these files, each edition has a unique loot table.

But yes it's a good suggestion, we can make a loot table file for each dungeon with different levels.
