mob egg capture config options, and capture issue, and feature request #4

mob HP: allows the user to edit the capture rate and the HP limit, for example(sorry for the bad example)

has 15% hp: 80% capture rate has 25% hp: 60% capture rate has 50% hp: 40% capture rate has 75% hp: 25% capture rate has 100% hp: 0% capture rate

another config option:

should player be allowed to capture tamed mobs at full hp: true(default) (meaning if a mob is tamed, itll always have a 100% capture rate, this way you can transport tamed mobs without hurting them or risking killing them)

another config option:

should passive mobs have 100% capture rate at any HP %: false(default) (this is so you can move your farm animals without risking killing your livestock)

mob capture issue:

so normally when you tame a horse(or any mob with an inventory), and you are close to the targeted mob and right click it'll open its inventory

so with this mod, if your to close to the mob you want to use the capture in the egg on a tamed mob, itll open the mobs inventory instead of capturing the mob


feature request(if possible):

if the capture is successful, the capture mob will automatically go back into your inventory instead of going on the ground(possibly a config to enable/disable this), this would help prevent tames from being lost

feature request:

once you release a "captured mob", AFTER you release your captured mob, you should get back the "capture egg"(the empty one), so you can reuse the empty egg
