Add makerom parameters for rsf value substitution #31

In particular, this sets the title ID to 0xF8F08 instead of the default 0xFF3FF, which may conflict with other homebrew that uses this default title ID.

Thank you for this. Didn't realize I wasn't passing those parameters through correctly. Will get a new release soon

👍 Took a bit to figure out what was going on after the cia install replaced the Super Mario 64 port on my home screen.

Nice work on the project so far!

Thank you! I just updated the CIA in the latest (pre)release, so it should have a non-default title ID now.
