Work Unit progress is not saved during shutdown or Boinc exiting. #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Windows 7, download Boinc, install Freehal Project.
2. Request Tasks, receive task/workunit, workunit begins.
3. Workunit progress increases steadily.
4. After 4 or 5 hours, shutdown computer or exit Boinc.
5. Restart computer or Boinc program.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Boinc and Freehal progress on workunit should continue from where last exited.  
It appears that Boinc or Freehal project is not saving progress at all upon 
exiting the program, which causes workunit to begin from the initial start.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Win 7, Boinc 7.0.28(x64)
