CLD is abit outdated at 0.7 #8

Great work first of all - are there any plans to update to CLD2 ?

Hi @jtoy, CLD release version 2.0 last year august. It supports much richer character sets for the detection.

This is one of the file that is included in the gem: https://github.com/jtoy/cld/blob/master/ext/cld/encodings/compact_lang_det/compact_lang_det.h which is outdated when comparing to cld2 master https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/cld2/+/master/public/compact_lang_det.h
