Would be useful for devices lacking a scroll wheel like Logitech Marble Mouse.

Apparently is already possible to map scroll wheel to mouse move. The post is about making the other way around also possible.

• Gnome has a built in option that let you define a 'scroll wheel modifier button'.

Additional context

I'm moving to Windows and configuring Kanata to match my current Keyd configuration. While it is possible to get scrolling behavior using other tools would be great to have it as a unified tool.
