Bug: config option 'defchordsv2' not working in 17.0

Describe the bug

The configutarion guide of 17.0 states that you can use 'defchordsv2' for 'output chords'. However, you still need to use 'defchordsv2-experimental' of the previous versions to get it to work.

To Reproduce

1.Download kanata.exe release 17.0 on Windows 11 2.Add 'defchordsv2' to config 3.Run kanata.exe

Expected behavior

It was expected to work with 'defchordsv2', but it only works with 'defchordsv2-experimental'

You should make sure to read the 1.7.0 version of the guide. You'll need to have -experimental at the end. Or compile the latest main yourself.
