Error 503 when downloading the MCF10A and MDAMB231 files #16

Hi @jts ,

I am trying to replicate the analysis for the paper using pipeline.make. But I can't download the two needed files MCF10A.cyto.txt.gz and MDAMB231.cyto.txt.gz by the given URLs.

So may you give me another way to get the two files?

Can you try wget https instead of http?

That should work.

Note that the data we used in the paper is quite old now and the results aren't representative of results on more recent data.
