Nanopolish - IGV Visualization #1049

Hello, I was wondering if is there any way to show Nanopolish results in IGV or if are there other strategies to show Nanopolish results at genome level.

Sorry for the slow response but I can't really answer this without more information. Nanopolish has many functions including consensus polishing, variant calling and methylation identification. What are you trying to do?
