added sample names into ambiguous position report #98

Hey there!

This PR adds a column to the ambiguous position report that lists out the names of all participating samples as comma-delimited lists. If you feel this feature is not useful to many, feel free to ignore this. I happened to require the exact sample names during an investigation.

Through additional testing, I found that this can erroneously affect the ncov-tools PDF report. No longer a good idea to merge this.
