[FEATURE] Arbitrary Save Files #33

It may be beneficial to be able to load save games from either and arbitrary folder, or even an individual careerSavegame.xml / vehicles.xml / items.xml.

Update: going to write a how-to download stuff from the server "properly". Adding the option to load random save files is going to add an entire level of error checking complexity, not to mention the complexity of "I want to add multiple arbitrary files"

So, going to lay out in the readme how you'd pull the whole savegame folder off of a server or wherever, and load the gameSettings.xml that goes with it.
