[FEATURE] Explorer Mods: Keep column titles at the top #43

In the Explorer mods tab, currently when scrolling down the list, the column titles line disappears. This can be confusing when many columns are displayed :

I suggest separating this column titles line from the top banner, and always keeping it at the top when the user scrolls down the list : Mod Folder Checker

Let me look into if this is possible. At it's heart, electron is HTML - I'm not sure if it's possible to sticky and element that is essentially in the middle of the page. But, I do agree it would be real nice.
