Support for jQuery 2.0.0 #266

in jQuery 2.0.0 namespaces for widgets have apparently changed to 'mobile-datebox'.

I will try, try, try to get these all merged in and pushed back to the dev site in the next few days - true to form, I am at my busiest time of the year @real_job - but this week for sure I think.

As a side note, it all looks great, thanks for taking the time.
