Datebox select is not working in firefox browser. #315

On opening datebox in a popup , datebox select box for month and year are not working. I have created a fiddle here to show the issue. http://jsfiddle.net/som27/TK2b9/2/

Yeah, I jacked that bit of code up at some point - fixed here SHA: 063947535b4a40acd05ce732c40fce26ed8735a7 re: #293
