Data limiting options not working in datebox mode #319

When in datebox mode, the following options do not work: beforeToday, afterToday, maxDays, minDays, minYear, maxYear, blackDays and blackDates

Whoops. managed to drop a function call somewhere along the way. Also updated some styles to show blackDays / blackDates better.
