Date box, minYear and maxYear does not work in datebox mode #320

Hi there, The minYear and maxYear options do not worked in datebox mode in the demo site. http://dev.jtsage.com/jQM-DateBox/demos/opt/limit.html

I guess it should have been fixed due to below issue: https://github.com/jtsage/jquery-mobile-datebox/issues/28 but it is not.

yeah, fixed in #299, #297, and #319 My bad.
