Czech locale fix #376

The week for Czech starts with Monday. Keeping in sync labels for "Choose time" and "Choose date".

I finally logged into crowdin and approved your suggestions there, thank you (sorry, I've been a bit out of this project for a while).

I'm closing this, as this change will propagate when I pull in the crowdin stuff later today. Thanks!
