Losing a lot of packets on the first hop in multihop #13

First hop loss is as bad as 75% while second hop is ~12% when BT is 2nd and .5% when WiFi is 2nd.

Perhaps the forwarding logic is too slow causing the forwarder to miss packets.

Though I haven't included BT yet, it looks like this is fixed as of #21
