IDEA: Use first Instagram sentence or line as WP post title

I think it would be best to provide some options for title formatting in the settings. Open to suggestions. I could see a radio select:

• Use entire caption
• Use caption, limited to [5](<-- input) words
• Use caption, limited to [20](<-- input) characters
• Use first line of caption

I second this. Importing posts can get nasty with the recent move people are doing: .. \n .., etc to push down hashtags from the main post.
