Shortcode modal window closes, but no generated code under 2.0.0.8 and beyond #2

Hi Justin, thank you for this great utility. After upgrading from CMB2 2.0.0.7 to CMB2 2.0.0.8 my shortcodes are no longer being passed to the editor after insertion. Everything works fine until I go to insert the shortcode whereupon the modal window closes but no shortcode is rendered in the editor.

Is this working ok now? If not, be sure to update your copy of CMB2. You'll want the latest updates on github, as they are not on wordpress.org yet.
