I am worried that we still may not have enough single photos, we can think about it when we have more. Also if we do that, we have to think about the user experience, because I would like a photo that I took to disappear.

That's the whole point tho. I much rather have no single exposure photos (which will force people to invite friends) Than have the app infested with mediocre shots. And of course, we can easily communicate that to user, I think snapchat has made this behavior easier to explain for other apps. And as for NOT liking a photo that you took to disappear, we now have save to camera roll :) so that's no longer a problem.
I see your point...sold :) But let's make sure we are communicating clear to users...
