Added an option to the parameter file to choose the pit filling algorithm between:

• Pelletier's fillinpitsandflats (looks good but slow)
• Barnes' original_priority_flood (this was the previous default but leaves flats)
• Barnes' priority_flood_epsilon (looks good and faster, this is the default now)
