remove polyfill.io #62

Hi, could you please remove polyfill.io from your code as this represents a security issue: https://sansec.io/research/polyfill-supply-chain-attack

The original polyfill author recommends to not use Polyfill at all, as it is no longer needed by modern browsers anyway.
