Integration test in market/integration_test.py Regular Django tests with python manage.py test

This PR adds support for the essential functions in the spot market. TODO:

[x] Fixture to add client and provider IDs
[x] Code signing contracts is missing
[x] Code verifying the signatures of the Offer and PurchaseOrder is missing
