complete the experiment setup documentation #156

It is difficult to predict what experiments all of the users will be running, but since some users may not have used a potentiostat it is possible that they aren't too familiar with the setup either. At the moment I am going to insert instructions for attaching the clips to a cell that has 3 electrodes and 2 electrodes.

If you have more suggestions for what needs to be included for V0.1.0alpha, please leave them in the comments. I can create another issue after this if we feel more detail is necessary for future releases.

Okay yeah, I think after that addition should be fine. Knowledge that we gain from v0.1.0 alpha release should help inform this too as it should highlight holes that might be there. Can fold into 0.1.0
