Fix allele add new test #4

If I change this line: https://github.com/juaml/hipsnp/blob/01cf7ace7dd50546f85d85b15f3e2121e8750d17/hipsnp/hipsnp.py#L406

And set axis=1 as it was before the bug, will this test fail?
