[ENH] Deprecate `remove_confound` in favour of `confound_removal` #180

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

With the new API, remove_confound makes it unclear it terms of apply_to. A better name confound_removal might make the code easier to understand.

Implemented in #183
