Docker image not tracking upstream #8

It looks like the docker images available on docker hub are not in sync with upstream pi-hole images and haven't been for about 7 months. I was under the impression that an updated pi-hole image should trigger a rebuild of this image - is that correct? Could there be a problem with the GitHub workflow?

Looking more closely at the GitHub actions, it seems that image rebuilding is triggered by a merge to the main branch or manually. My expectation that it was tracking updates from the upstream pi-hole image appears to have been erroneous.

However, this functionality would be excellent – is there a way to configure the build trigger from upstream updates (or just set it to run periodically and only push if there's an update)?

Just wanted to bump this as there has been some development of pi hole over the last year!
