Be adapted to Casper 3.x #51

WorldCasper2 should be updated and adapted to the new Casper 3.x releases.

I am also presuming Massively is better than Casper in terms of design in the last releases.

EDIT: I have done it here for Massively: https://github.com/HLFH/Massively Theme translation is more and more easy with Ghost.

I like this WorldCasper ! y estaría encantado de una v3 ;-) pues esta versión no funciona OK Ghost 3 y no le encuentro la vuelta ;-( ya lo he pasado por https://gscan.ghost.org/ y no hay caso
