Fire fighter and medical department npcs still spawn #3

Thanks for this script! It's working perfectly fine in its roots, no peds or vehicles anymore! The only issue I have though is that in LS sometimes the fire fighters will spawn to fight a fire, as well as the medics when someone gets hurt (the latter is way less frequent). There are several places I am able to reproduce the fire fighter issue to nearly 100%.

I will look into this myself and let you know if I find anything, but would welcome your investigation anyways!

I didn't find anything, but you could increase the area of the generation block, or a while loop with like 10000 ms.
